Explore Our Mission to Revive Millennial Nostalgia

Growing up was supposed to come with instructions… right?

Welcome to Millennial Mind — a cozy, honest corner of the internet about navigating adulthood when you definitely don’t have everything figured out.

I’m Abby, a 30-year-old millennial, creative, blogger, and chronic overthinker who grew up believing that by this age I’d somehow have life all mapped out.

Plot twist: I don’t.

And maybe that’s okay.

Millennial Mind is where I write about the messy middle of adulthood — work, money, self-care, creativity, changing expectations, figuring out who you are, and wondering why being a grown-up feels so different from what we imagined as kids.

Here you’ll find personal reflections, lessons I’m learning along the way, nostalgic thoughts from growing up in the 90s and 2000s, and reminders that there really isn’t one correct timeline for building a life.

A Little More About Me

I’m a creative at heart. I love writing, art, design, photography, cozy things, animals, nostalgia, and turning the thoughts bouncing around in my head into something meaningful.

Millennial Mind is one part of my larger creative world.

Still Figuring It Out

Millennial Mind isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about being 30 and realizing maybe adulthood isn’t something you eventually “figure out.”

Maybe we’re always learning.

Maybe we’re allowed to change direction.

Maybe success can look different than what we were taught.

And maybe the point isn’t to have everything figured out.

Maybe it’s simply to keep becoming who we are.

Welcome to Millennial Mind.

For millennials who grew up thinking we’d have it figured out by now.
